The 4T Insider

Welcome to this week's 4T Insider!

It's that time again! Your weekly source of inspiration, resources, and knowledge to elevate your journey to freedom has arrived!

Let's ride...

🛠️ Tool of the Week: Fire Your Boss Challenge

As I mentioned last week, I quit my job.

12 hours later my job was posted (we are all replacable).

Now, I'm not worried because I am chasing my passions as an entrepreneur.

This all started when I decided to pursue the world of side-hustles.

So, on April 3rd I am launching the Fire Your Boss Challenge (7-days of community driven excercises that will prepare you to walk out of your 9-5 on your own terms).

I am opening up 50 slots at the early-bird price for the next 24 hours (click the button below to lock in your spot).

🌟 Tip of the Week: Stop trying to be an expert

In this video, Dan Koe and Dickie Bush cover identifying success, transformations, and manifestations surrounding their journey (and a hell of a lot more).

These guys have created massive audiences, won the Twitter game and live life on their terms.

This video is packed with high-value insights that will have you wanting to run through a brick wall.

🐦 Tweet of the Week:

You have options.

Chasing a pay bump every year with your 9-5 is something society wants us to believe is normal.

It's not.

Justin does a great job breaking down another option in this tweet.

Another reason you should sign up for the Fire Your Boss Challenge (just sayin).

💡 Takeaway of the Week:

Every year during my college football days the Head Coach would start by reading us this quote from Charles Swindoll:

"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think, say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play the one string we have, and that is our attitude... I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.
And so it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes”

Remember, you can't control everything but you can control your response.

That's it for this week. I hope these insights, tools, and tips fuel your growth and success. Remember that this journey is a LONG game. Keep showing up every day, and the rest will fall into place.

Week 4 Time waits for no man I've always been a little impatient in my life. A few factors have contributed to this... As a child, I was found as a baby surrounded by drug addicts. I hadn't been fed or changed in 3 days. So, as I grew up and learned my story of being adopted and born addicted to drugs. I grew impatient... This was a blessing and a curse. On one hand, I was driven to change my future and not repeat the mistakes of my family. On the other, I was willing to do it at all costs....
